All Souls - Tulsa Branches Model
Branches are groups of 10-12 people that meet once a month with a trained facilitator for fellowship and spiritual journeying and exploration. Each month's topic is based around the church's theme of the month. Members are encouraged to take Roots before they sign up for a Branches group. Branches groups are formed twice a year with an opportunity to experience the format before committing for a year monthly meetings. The groups provide members an opportunity to deepen their theological experience of the church as well as their relationship with members of our chruch.
The templates provided here are used by the facilitators of the group to provide structure for the meeting to ensure consistency of experience from group to group and from month to month. Each one has an opening and closing reading, one to two longer readings for reflection, and reflection questions on the readings and theme.
